As we age, having good balance increases in importance. Balance improves our mobility. It helps us avoid trips and falls that could leave us with bruises or broken bones. So, I asked guest trainer Daniel Berrios, owner of Unlimited Body NY, to demonstrate some of his favorite balance moves. Here are his six top choices. You can do them as a routine or add any or all of them to any workout routine.
