Fit Life Over 50 is here to support you on your journey to achieve and maintain your desired fit and healthy lifestyle as your coach and accountability partner.

Created for women over 50 and their specific needs, our programs will benefit anyone who wants to think long-term about health and fitness.

FLO/50 offers fitness training, goal coaching, and self-guided exercise and goal-achievement programs — all built from the Fit Life Method, a combined health and fitness goal-achievement program.

We offer online support through our social channels and one-on-one coaching that provides the support you need to stay motivated over time.

Our exercise programs are built on four essential pillars, providing balance, endurance, flexibility, and strength.

The goal-achievement programs are built on a habit-based methodology and are designed to support Fit Life’s goal-oriented fitness programs.

FLO/50 Fit-Life Foundations: One-on-One Via Email

Not into group or in-person one-on-one coaching? This email-based version of Fit-Life Foundations is for you.

Over the course of 12 weeks, you’ll set a vision for your fit and healthy lifestyle, create a plan for achieving your goals (e.g., diet, exercise, sleep hygene), work on building new behaviors and habits, determine how you’ll overcome obstacles, and more—all with support from your FLO/50 coach.

Each week you’ll receive an email with the goal-achievement exercise(s) for the week, as well as guidance on completing them and weaving your new activities and habits into your daily routines. Plus, your coach will be available via email* to check on your progress, help you overcome any obstacles, and answer any questions you may have.

Course length: 12 weeks (start date set at registration confirmation)

Fit Life One-on-One Coaching: 12-week Program

Over the course of 12 weeks, you’ll work one-on-one with your coach to set a vision for your fit and healthy lifestyle, create a plan for achieving your goals, work on building new behaviors and habits, determine how you’ll overcome obstacles, review your progress and lots more.

And if you’ve achieved your initial fit-life goals, keep the momentum. You’ll work with your coach to reinforce habits and skills you’ve learned, maintain a growth mindset, and achieve your next set of fit-life goals.

Living your best fit and healthy life is an ongoing journey; we’re here to take that journey with you and support you every step of the way.

Course length: 1-hour introductory meeting (virtual or phone) to set your goals; plus 11 half-hour meetings (virtual or phone) to check in on progress, discuss any obstacles, and set weekly goals.
Course price: $375

Fit Life One-on-One Coaching: Goal-Setting Session Only

If you’ve registered for one of the group coaching courses and would also like some one-on-one time to help you set your long-term goals and your plans for achieving them, you can book a one-time goal-coaching session for some additional guidance in setting yourself up for success.

Course length: A 1-hour introductory meeting (virtual or phone) to set your fitness and healthy-living goals, one 20-minute follow-up call to review your plans to achieve those goals, plus up to 5 follow-up emails to answer any questions you may have as you finalize your plan.

Course price: $75

FLO/50 ‘Keep the FLO Going’ group coaching program

You worked hard to achieve your initial fit-life goals. Keep the momentum going as you work to retain what you’ve achieved and reach new goals. This program will reinforce habits and skills you’ve learned, help you to maintain a positive growth mindset, and achieve your next set of fit-life goals. Living your best fit and healthy life is an ongoing journey; we’re here to take that journey with you and support you every step of the way.
