Can I cancel my registration for the email coaching program?

Email coaching clients can cancel two weeks into the course for an 50% refund. Clients who cancel after that will not receive a refund.

Can I cancel my registration for a one-on-one coaching program?

One-on-one coaching clients can cancel up to one week prior to the first day of the course for a full refund. Clients who cancel after that timeframe, up to the day prior to the program beginning, will received a 50% refund. Once the program begins, clients will not receive a refund.

What if I need to miss a one-on-one coaching session?

Clients must notify their coach at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule if they are unable to participate in a scheduled one-on-one session—or risk missing that week’s session if they fail to do so. Coaches will make every effort to reschedule sessions, but may not be able to accommodate last-minute requests.
