Fit-Life Foundations via Email

If you’re looking to set and meet fitness and healthy living goals, but you’re not into group programs or in-person one-on-one coaching, this email-based version of the Fit-Life Foundations course is for you. Each week for 12 weeks you’ll receive an email with the goal-setting exercise(s) for the week, as well as guidance on completing them and weaving your new activities and habits into your daily routines. Plus, your coach will be available via email (up to five interactions per week) to check on your progress, help you overcome any obstacles, and answer any questions you may have.
